Following the great success of the Inaugural Duel at the Dog 200, JDV Productions is bringing the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour back to Monadnock Speedway for a second time in 2023. The Inaugural Winchester Fair comes in the heart of the battle to determine the the Tour’s 38th Champion. The New Hampshire Short Track Racing Association Modified division will also be in competition for a 40-lap sprint race along with the visiting New England Pro 4 Modifieds and Exit Realty Pro Trucks. The NASCAR Advanced Auto Parts Weekly Series Division 2, the NHSTRA Late Models, will be on the billing, along with the Mini Stock and Pure Stock Divisions.
